Drawings created during five stays in Milan. The illustrator employs sensitive techniques—felt-tip pens, charcoal, and pencils—to capture materials and textures. The sketchbook functions like a "search and find": recognize a specific terrazzo, the pattern of a carpet, the typography of a sign, or the echo of Marino Marini’s sculpted busts exhibited at the Museo del Novecento.
