Omschrijving
The penultimate volume of Florent Maudoux’s cult hit Freaks’ Squeele series plunges the heroes into chaos as the gates to the underworld are left open, unleashing demons and ghosts across the city. With the living sword, Claidheamor, trapped below, Professor Funerals leads a rescue team through the seven infernal levels, while Dean Scipio searches for Shadow Wolf and Xiong Mao, who are lost in a romantic outing and suffering from memory loss. Meanwhile, Chance takes matters into her own hands, descending into hell in an uneasy alliance with her rival Ange. As the dean of the Saint-Angelus Academy plots to blame the FEAH Academy for the outbreak, the students must battle monsters, confront personal demons, and uncover hidden truths about their pasts. It’s a wild, emotionally charged volume that mixes mythic descent, romantic tension, and campus warfare in true Freaks’ Squeele fashion.
